Diamond Parking Meet and Greet Reviews

No criticism regarding the efficiency of the process. As I always state in these reviews, more care neees to be taken to maintain the cleanliness of the car's interior, especially the floor.

The Meet & Greet service was very good but I am not able to make a comparison with others. The Bristol Airport drop off zone at midnight was a shambles; overcrowded, poorly lit, lack of advance notices directing to queues for cash or card machines at the exit lines, cars stuck at the gates with machines that were very slow and confusing. I queued for over ten minutes to exit.

Excellent service, quick and efficient. Helpful staff as travelling with a baby. Would book again.

Good service. No real problems. For some reason the heating system and fan had been cranked up to full blast. Never sure why parking people and garages have to fiddle with these controls.

Very good, prompt service. Car was returned freshly cleaned as it had obviously been parked in a muddy area. Cleaning wasn't perfect but adequate. It won't put me off using you again!

The service at the airport was very smooth and on arrival back to the UK it was the same. That said my car was returned to me in an extremely muddy condition.

Excellent as they were very accommodating for me arriving an hour early and on my return he was there with the car within 2 minutes of me phoning…I literally walked straight to the car in the drop and go!! The only small annoyance was the amount of mud on the driver car mat and inside the door. I will certainly choose Diamond Meet & Greet again but I’ll put protection on the mat …..the service was otherwise excellent and very professional.

Efficient drop off and pick up, very timely, have given the review 4 stars as vehicle returned covered in mud.

I was very pleased with this service and I would definitely use them again. I marked 4 because of the pick up confusion. I waited for my car at the Meet and Greet car park, which seemed the obvious place to me, after about 5 minutes wait I had a phone call to tell me there was only 10 minutes waiting time and where was I. The car was waiting , by the very busy, chaotic tunnel area. As it was dark it was impossible to spot. So I would just advise to confirm where to pick up your car when you contact the office on arrival.
