Second time using Diamond Meet and Greet, Bristol and can’t praise them enough. Friendly , punctual, won’t use anywhere else.

Was hesitant about booking a meet and greet service as you always see lots of bad reviews across every airport. I was so impressed with this service. Called when we were 15 minutes from Bristol and we turned up the same time. On return our flight was delayed so we landed at 2am and I called when we picked the bags up and they turned up as we got to the car park. In total my car travelled approx 3 miles whilst we were away which is lower / what expected. Will absolutely use again.

Very punctual, on time both ways at early hours, less stress all round with children.

Brilliant service, driver waiting in Bristol for us and on return called once had our bags and expected to wait but again driver was waiting for us in the drop and go! Would highly recommend and definitely use again! Loads better than other companies we've used.

I phoned ten minutes before I arrived. Nice lady waiting for me. Took my car, great service. On collection phoned at 3am once collected cases. Gentleman waiting for me with car and keys. 5* all the way. Great service and very nice staff. Will use you all the time. Thank you.
