Good, friendly service - But some feedback - If you were holding a "Paddle" like a tennis racket with your company name on when I drive into the area it would be easy for me to see you - there was so many people around it was hard to spot you. Plus I've already booked again for Oct, but some sort of loyalty scheme would be good - I still have to arrange another airport drop in Sept - any discount would be appreciated. Keep up the good work Regards Frank

You book it, call them when you get there and they do the rest. It is that simple. This takes the fuss out of parking your car and it is excellent value for money. Staff pleasant and I cannot for the life of me work out why silver parking or any other parking for that matter, even exists anymore. I will certainly use again. It is an excellent service.

Drop off was perfect waited only a couple of minutes. On collecting car the meet & greet and drop off zones were extremely busy and had to wait a while and on hindsight could have been told to stay in undercover area until car was near drop off zone when a call could have been made. Overall great service with polite guys.

Excellent service - even coped with us turning up 45 minutes before the booked time (my mistake, not theirs). Handover very smooth both coming and going. None of the horrors of filthy car or high mileage, just a simple pickup and delivery. Will be using again.

We used Diamond Parking Meet & Greet for the first time as we felt the other meet and greet companies we have previously used were taking too long to bring our car back to us when we have landed. We were very pleased with them and they were efficient and also really nice people. We will definitely use them again.
