Very good parking.

Only one minibus operating and lots of outward bound passengers meant we had a 25 minutes wait on the way out. Return journey excellent.

Very efficient and friendly helpful staff. Quick and easy, regular shuttle bus to and from Bristol Airport. I made a mistake on my return date and came back a day early than expected. However, this wasn't an issue. My car was swiftly driven to me within 5 minutes. Highly recommend 👌

As soon as the car pulled up at Oakwood we were greeted with a friendly smile and friendly conversation with our driver. Checking in was simple and straightforward, no sooner had we arrived we were in the shuttle bus an off to the airport, again when we arrived home we had a very short wait for the shuttle bus back in our car in no time, it’s that simple an easy, stress free process, we’d definitely use Oakwood again.

We've always used a Meet & Greet service at Bristol, but because of the extortionate £8.50 each way additional charge now imposed at Bristol Airport, we decided to give Oakwood Parking a go. Pleasantly surprised. Easy key drop off at reception, bus arrived promptly and the drop off area is at the old Meet & Greet site at the terminal. On return, a call to the driver & the bus was there as we exited the terminal. Will be using again.

Polite and helpful especially whilst having to ammend the flight times and change of car last minute. Didn't have to wait long for airport collection and have already made several more bookings with them.
