Everything was great and real close to the departure lounge - 2 mins walk !

Good service easy to find and park close to terminal.

Very easy to use. Number plate recognition worked straight the way, in and out, no waiting.

Easy to book, reasonable price, easy to get to and use and located within walking distance of terminal. Automatic entry and exit if flying from EMA would definitely use again.

Drove to the barrier, it opened and we parked. Same coming back, easy, excellent service.

Parked for a week at East Midlands airport in long stay park 1. We entered car park without a problem it was close to departures, less than 5 minutes walk. We were delayed 2 days on our return and explained via the intercom our predicament and we were able to leave without additional costs. Many thanks to a superior efficient service with polite and pleasant staff.

Easy to book on-line. Prices very reasonable and easy system to follow when you arrive and depart in fact hassle free. The other great thing about this car park was that it was literally in walking distance to the terminal. We will definitely be booking with you again.

Booked and paid extra for Long Stay Car Park 1 - when we arrived car park full. Had to go to Car Park 4 - struggled even there to get a parking space. Pretty disappointing.

Easy access and close to departures. Exit procedure simple and quick. Have used park and go many times and find them the cheapest for the same service as others. Will use again.
