Booked and paid extra for Long Stay Car Park 1 - when we arrived car park full. Had to go to Car Park 4 - struggled even there to get a parking space. Pretty disappointing.

I booked the car park on line, but did not receive an email confirmation, which meant after a couple of days I had to ring the company to confirm the booking & get written confirmation. On arrival to the car park the barrier did not recognise the car registration & open automatically as I had been advised. However after speaking to the attendant, we proceeded to park. On returning back to the car after a weeks holiday, there were no problems with the car & on leaving the barrier automatically allowed us to exit. In general only a a couple minor problems that were rectified.

Great car park - easy to find and only a short distance from the departure hall. Only problem was the guidance in the email which was slightly misleading as it told us not to take the ticket but when we called assistance we were told to take the ticket! Saying that the barrier opened when we left so no real problem.

Easy access and close to departures. Exit procedure simple and quick. Have used park and go many times and find them the cheapest for the same service as others. Will use again.
