Reviewed on 3rd November 2017Was moved from Long Stay 1 to A short Stay car park, but the communication was timely and efficient. Car park only a few minutes walk to the airport. Easy and smooth access and egress.

Reviewed on 7th October 2017I booked my car into East Mids airport car park 6 months prior to traveling. I received email then a phone call that the name of the car park had changed from long stay 1 to short stay 3. During the phone call I updated my new cars's number plate with the man of the phone, who re-issued me with new and updated email. So parking my car was no problem but on return trying to get out was very stressful which I didn't need. 3 attempts inputting the token failed, had to reverse to let more cars out and try again, the tiny little button with a picture of a phone on is not clear. Anyway, I finally found it and rang. Turns out that my details were not updated on your system, however I have the email confirming it had. After confirming my old details The barrier was lifted. The ordeal lasted 20 minutes and was very stressful.

Reviewed on 27th August 2017Thought I had booked a car park with a short walk to terminal. Turned out it was a bus ride. Good availability of space. Prompt collection on outbound leg. On return waited at 01:15 with a young family at a bus stop with an enormous line of people. No bus in the promised time of 15 minutes. I had to walk to car to collect my family who stayed behind. My walk beat the bus, when I did see the bus it was overcrowded and would have been uncomfortable for my family. Car was safe and apart from return issues, happy with experience.

Reviewed on 15th August 2017Entry and exit of the car park was painless, and the bus service was efficient. The only problem was trying to find a space in the large, mostly full car park.

Reviewed on 13th April 2017Entry and exit using the ENPR system worked easily. There were very few parking spaces and finding one to park a large Mazda 6 Tourer took a little longer than I would have liked. The Terminal building was a very short distance away and easily accessible. Would use this again.

Reviewed on 20th March 2014I booked the car park on line, but did not receive an email confirmation, which meant after a couple of days I had to ring the company to confirm the booking & get written confirmation. On arrival to the car park the barrier did not recognise the car registration & open automatically as I had been advised. However after speaking to the attendant, we proceeded to park. On returning back to the car after a weeks holiday, there were no problems with the car & on leaving the barrier automatically allowed us to exit. In general only a a couple minor problems that were rectified.

Reviewed on 19th March 2014Great car park - easy to find and only a short distance from the departure hall. Only problem was the guidance in the email which was slightly misleading as it told us not to take the ticket but when we called assistance we were told to take the ticket! Saying that the barrier opened when we left so no real problem.
