Number Plate Recognition on entry and exit. No delay. Lots of parking spaces available. Bus shelter clean and tidy. Courteous bus driver both ways. Competitively priced. All Good.

Found it very difficult to get a bus and therefore had a long walk.

Second time using car park very efficient system no problems. On arrival bus came immediately. On return had to wait around 15min but weather was fine so no issues. Would recommend making note in phone or on paper of your bus stop number and zone as the car park is very big.

Good service, easy to use. Airport signage back to public roads after leaving the car park is confusing.

The car park is round the back of the terminal but only 3 minutes on the bus service which is reasonably frequent. The reg recognition system was very efficient both in and out of the barriers for pre-booked cars. Price about average compared to other airports. What is really lacking is signage to the bus stop when leaving the terminal. Plenty of signs to long stay 1/2/3 but none to long stay 4.

This was our first experience of flying from East Midlands airport. Parking at long stay 4 couldn't have been easier. It is easy to find , there were plenty of spaces and the shuttle came within minutes. Compared with all the London airport parking that we normally use this was a very pleasant experience and we shall definitely use it again.
