Car park ok but the bus service was rubbish on return , we waited ages for bus at arrivals considering there was only 2 flights in that night! Then there was no info on what car park we where arriving at as monitors not working on bus people were getting off at wrong stop then back on, absolute nightmare as you couldn't see out of windows frosted glass to see if it was right car park.

Easy to find car park easy to book online good value just good service all round.

Brilliant. Easy web site, turned up at car park and barrier lifted automatic, on our return same again. So easy even I couldn't make a mistake.

I was very pleased with the long stay parking arrangement at East Midlands and will use it again.

Car Park was easy to find. Bus transfer convenient, not too long to wait. Driver polite and helpful.

Arrival at carpark easy, parked car in 'M' easy. Trying to spot the bus shelter not so easy. All aboard the bus easy. Dropped off not quite where expected. On the return bus transfer to Carpark 1,2 and 3 not showing carpark 4. Not too sure why we missed the signs, took a few minutes to find the right bus stop. Once on and at carpark 4, the bus driver mentioned Stop number 1, this did not mean anything to me. I parked in 'M'. Bus drivers need to highlight to passengers to remember the bus stop that they caught the bus from. I would you the service again thanks

Good location only a short distance from the airport. We didn't have to wait long for the shuttle bus to or from the airport. Would recommend this air park.
