Arrival Procedure

You will be met by a member of the Meet & Greet Team who will direct you where to park and where to check in.

Return Procedure

On return go to Meet & Greet reception a member of staff will check your keys out to you and direct you to your vehicle.

In order to book this service you will be required to provide the following information - inbound & outbound flight numbers, car details and contact telephone number preferably a mobile number.

Driving Directions

Follow signs for the Short Stay Car Park, take the middle lane signed Short Stay Car Park and Meet & Greet. At entry barrier press the ticket request button & take a ticket. Drive straight ahead, then bare slight left following signs for Pre-Booked Meet & Greet. After approx 15 meters you will see another barrier (on right) where you will be met by a member of the Meet & Greet Team who will direct you where to park and where to check in. Enter the car park enquiries office and quote booking ref to staff. Your car will be moved to one of the EMA on airport car parks.

ON RETURN: Head to the Meet & Greet office where a member of staff will check your keys out to you and direct you to where your vehicle has been parked.
