2nd time I have used this car park and I have not had any problems you just park wait at bus stop and thats it on return no phoning and waiting for a mini bus you just go to the stop and the bus is there or arrives within 20 mins I would highly recommend this car park.

2nd time I have used them & won't be the last. Price is great and transfer to the terminal regular. Security seems strong & would recommend their parking to anyone.

Car reg recognition didn't work properly so when we tried to leave it came up with a bill of £120. This was a bit of a shock at midnight! However, the assistant was very helpful.

I have used the long stay parking on many occasions in the past and never been disappointed. This time was no exception, no fuss or hassle in booking or when parking up. Departure was equally simple. Thank you.

Good value, no problems. Pre booked and paid.

On arrival, no record of my booking. Argued with the guy on the intercom whilst being blasted by an Arctic gale through the car window. eventually told to take a ticket to get in. SAME PROBLEM ON Exit. Eventually they found my booking and allowed to exit park. Noticed poor old guy next to me having the same problem and he had already been there minutes before me. NOT WHAT YOU WANT AT MIDNIGHT ON A FREEZING JANUARY!!!!

Very smooth journey, bus pick ups were easy, automatic car number recognition so quick.

First class service.

Really straightforward - would use it again.
