Had a good deal my only comment was when we went to the barriers to get out my car ticket did not open barrier had to wait on operator to take my reference number booking so he could activate barrier once I inserted my ticket again had two cars behind me waiting on me. Glad I had my p/work for car park with me

Great service and we were delayed about an hour on flight home but no problem thanks.

The parking in this area is as convenient as it can be for the cost charged. Parking any closer results in far higher charges and the distance, by cost comparison, is insignificant! The collection is by a regular airport bus and takes about five minutes to get from the area to the main drop off point in the terminal bus area (a short covered walk to the departure lounge) Make a note of the space you are in on the back of your ticket for ease of spotting your vehicle when you return. It’s a busy car park and bus services so don’t hang around when loading your cases on the bus! Airport buses run every ten minutes or so but don’t panic – they do come! The drivers do not leave their seat – so do not expect them to help you on! Myself and another person assisted a lady and her bags on to the bus after she received quite unnecessary and unmannerly comments from the driver and his ‘mate’, who partially obstructed the entrance area of the bus! Manners do not actually cost anything!

Car reg recognition didn't work properly so when we tried to leave it came up with a bill of £120. This was a bit of a shock at midnight! However, the assistant was very helpful.

Good value, no problems. Pre booked and paid.

I wasn't entirely sure I had come to the right place or how the system worked but having done it once I would certainly use the service again.
