On the way out service was good, only a 5 minute wait - but it was quiet at 5am! Coming back I phoned at 5.20, collected my bag and arrived at the bus stop at 5.30. Then I waited 25 mins for a bus, and a further 10 mins for it to depart. Arrived back at reception 6.15 - this was 55 mins after I phoned, as long as my flight time! You advertise frequent bus pickups - this was certainly not the case on this occasion.

Great value but drop off point too far from the terminal. You should consider using number plate recognition and self parking to improve the experience. This works very well at Glasgow Airport.

Transfers and parking arrangements were OK but unfortunately when we arrived early morning (5.30am) for our flight, the car hadn't been booked into the car park. This resulted in the car details then all having to be put into the computer and a delay in our transfer to the airport. Not the best start to our holiday and it was fortunate that there was space available in the car park especially as it was during the school Easter break.

Collection from the airport was mayhem, bus only arrived 30mins after call and even then there was too many people to get on. No system for loading, total free for all.

Awful service. We called the day before to confirm our arrival. When we did arrive at 5.30an we were told the car park was shut for planned maintenance (which they forgot to mmention the day before) and that we were to go to another car park which was about a 10min drive away.

Good service on arrival at car park. Bus travel time as advertised. Car ready for us on return. No problems.
