Although it's not far from the airport, upon arrival it took forever to get to the terminal building. No sense of urgency with staff, just very laid back. One bus running every 20 minutes adds to the waiting time unless you hit it right. Also upon arrival back in UK, pick up bus was a 24 minutes wait in the freezing cold at the pick up point. Again, 1 slow bus just isn't good enough. I'd book a different parking place next time.

Arrived at Lowcost Parking and as normal they did not recognise my booking. When we arrived back from our holiday and were given our car keys the car was parked against an out building and no entry to the passenger door due to large nettles growing at the side of the building. The car was parked on rough area and the cases had to be carried to the car, to top it all the rain could not have come out of the sky any harder.

Chaotic, amateur waited 50 minutes on bus to get to the airport at 04:10hrs - 05:00hrs in the rain, no record of my booking, along with others with no record of their booking. Seemingly a regular occurrence, I will be avoiding this car park company in future.

Usually a very good place for airport parking. However, on this occasion we returned to find our car absolutely COVERED in bird muck! And yes. I mean covered! Poor show. Not sure if I'll use again for this reason.

Booking was not on the system when we arrived but there was no issue and we were taken to the airport. On our return we had to wait on the third bus to take us back to the car park and were told that the wrong times were on the system for the flights arriving. Not a good experience.

I arrived with my family at 5.15 am on 11 Oct to find vehicles blocking the entrance to the car park, and no-one to direct arriving customers where to park. A queue at the reception was followed by a 20 minute wait in the cold for the shuttle bus! We didn't get to the airport until 5.50, only 10 mins before our gate closed. Very stressful, but luckily it only took 15 mins through security and we reached the gate as passengers were boarding at 6.05 for a 6.30 departure. I will leave half an hour earlier next time, just in case Low Cost's service is as chaotic and poor as this again.

On arrival we had to wait nearly 20 minutes to be transferred to the airport - we were advised by the driver that this was because there should have been 3 drivers on but there was only 1 - unacceptable!

On the way out service was good, only a 5 minute wait - but it was quiet at 5am! Coming back I phoned at 5.20, collected my bag and arrived at the bus stop at 5.30. Then I waited 25 mins for a bus, and a further 10 mins for it to depart. Arrived back at reception 6.15 - this was 55 mins after I phoned, as long as my flight time! You advertise frequent bus pickups - this was certainly not the case on this occasion.

Collection from the airport was mayhem, bus only arrived 30mins after call and even then there was too many people to get on. No system for loading, total free for all.

Site is not clearly signposted, which can be a little stressful when going for a flight. Transfer to airport was immediate departure which was good. Return to car park transfer took ages waiting on the bus which is, in my opinion, far too small for the number of passengers waiting for transfer, they then go on a tour and drop off at other car parks first, so return journey from calling for bus at airport to arriving at car park all in was over an hour.
