Reviewed on 24th October 2010good service only complaint is on returning to pick up my car it had been parked to close to wall in front of office with front spoiler of car scraped over brickwork this was superficial damage but should not have happened to a BMW worth £20.000 more care needed when parking customers cars please

Reviewed on 16th October 2010On arrival staff were extremely courtious and very helpfull, on my return several weeks later I had a flat battery and without hesitation the staff member took his own vechicle and jumped started mine. It was so refreshing to receive such first class service. Well done to the Edinburgh staff.

Reviewed on 1st October 2010pick-up etc., was fine, but on arrival after long flight, I did not expect to have to walk in the pouring rain over wet, uneven stony ground to collect my car, it was not in the usual place near the office, not happy about that. Regards R. Oliver
