We were not on the system when we arrived, but it was soon sorted out and all went well.

Everything went smoothly, however we did have a little trouble trying to find the car park at 3 in the morning and that was with SatNav and the printed directions.

Very happy with parking service and the courtesy of the staff. Our flight from Mallorca was delayed.I phoned the office using the courtesy phone but we did have to wait half an hour before the bus picked us up. I feel that if you know the flight no. and how many customers on the flight and you know the delayed arrival time a more prompt response to a request would have improved our experience and scored 5 in my rating.

Service was very efficient when we eventually found the place, we had to stop and ask someone. Would use again.

Very convenient and a great price for parking.Service to airport was very quick and easy. Disappointed however that my interior light had been switched on though causing a flat battery and I am now without a radio as I don't have a code to reset it.

waited 30 minutes at reception waiting on bus to pick us up but to be fair they only had one bus on due to the snow

Service was good on arrival and also on return - No issues and the car was started on a frosty morning allowing car to be partially demisted - great

trouble free parking and pick up - there to meet us without waiting!!

good service only complaint is on returning to pick up my car it had been parked to close to wall in front of office with front spoiler of car scraped over brickwork this was superficial damage but should not have happened to a BMW worth £20.000 more care needed when parking customers cars please
