Good helpful staff, parking easy.

Arrived at the car park and bus was ready. Straight on after checking in and away to the airport. Coming back, back to the stand bus arrived and taken back to car park, car sitting ready, collected the key and away on the road home. Excellent service as usual.

Everything ran like clockwork, from booking on line, checking in and being picked up at midnight by a very cheery driver. Well done. Great service.

Although our booking had not been passed through from park & Go the service was excellent. No problems with transfers to and from airport.

On arrival the guy who booked us in was rather grumpy because the payment had been taken from Mr but not to the low cost parking company and he was not happy about this situation as if it was our fault. Not a nice approach to a customer. On returning, the woman who handed back the car keys was lovely nice and bubbly, charming to talk to.
