Lowcost Airport Parking Reviews

I arrived with my family at 5.15 am on 11 Oct to find vehicles blocking the entrance to the car park, and no-one to direct arriving customers where to park. A queue at the reception was followed by a 20 minute wait in the cold for the shuttle bus! We didn't get to the airport until 5.50, only 10 mins before our gate closed. Very stressful, but luckily it only took 15 mins through security and we reached the gate as passengers were boarding at 6.05 for a 6.30 departure. I will leave half an hour earlier next time, just in case Low Cost's service is as chaotic and poor as this again.

On arrival we had to wait nearly 20 minutes to be transferred to the airport - we were advised by the driver that this was because there should have been 3 drivers on but there was only 1 - unacceptable!

From dropping the car off to picking it up the staff could not have been more helpful.

No problems with the parking . Once I found the place (my fault). Directions were clear and once in I was only a couple of minutes before getting on the bus to the airport. Returning was the same and the whole process was excellent and I will use again.

Everything as advertised, efficiently and promptly delivered by courteous staff.

On arrival after booking on line we found you did not have us on your booking system which was soon sorted out by the person on duty we have used low cost before and this was the first time this had happened apart from that no problems and quite happy with service.

Car park & collection were fine however the drop off was not. The person was very rude & bad mannered, it was very early in the morning but I do not accept this as an excuse as it is a 24 hour service. Not a pleasant way to set off on holiday!

Very efficient good price what more can I say!
