I recently used your facility at Edinburgh Airport and I was delighted with the friendly,prompt and professional service.

The signage at Edinburgh airport is confusing and was not easey to find. Upon arrival and checking two cars in we as a party of eight had to wait over 20 minutes to get the bus to the terminal so not great as the weather was poor time was mid afternoon. The return from holiday was much better but perhaps thats because it was at 2 am.

good space between cars meant no dings on doors unlike other carparks in area. transfer quick and easy. will use again.

It was quick and easy to drop the car off and even easier to pick it up. The bus transfer was great and the driver very nice and helpful. Highly recommendable.

Excellent service, no waiting around at all,

Easy to find. Quick transfer to airport. Return pick-up timely. The only downside was the exit ticket communication for the barrier was unclear. Too much irrelevant information on the card. I would definitely use this facility again.
