Had no contact with anyone (brill) all done with email and cameras on arrival only down side was shelters for pick up was far to small as it was raining and not enough room. otherwise a good service.

Not the simplest place to find, but not too much trouble. numberplate recognition was an unexpected bonus.made it easy to book in. transfer buses were prompt and regular. would have been nice to have been dropped off at the terminal door rather than the bus stand which is a bit of a walk in bad weather.

Easy to find. Quick transfer to airport. Return pick-up timely. The only downside was the exit ticket communication for the barrier was unclear. Too much irrelevant information on the card. I would definitely use this facility again.

Overall excellent service. Only negative was attitude o driver on return from airport who reused us entry to bus which clearly had room. However the next driver was upbeat and enthusisatic to ensure everyone was dealt with with a smile and positive attitude - he illed the bus.

Getting here wasn`t brilliant but I was delighted with the service when I arrived and it was a bonus by being dropped off right at my car. Would use the service again.

Good service once we arrived and on our return bus was waiting for us and took us right back to our car. Only down side was in actually finding the park in the first place. Instructions not that clear and the park is signed by 3 or 4 different names none of which matched our e-mail confirmation but at least we will know for another time!

Easy to find and a very efficient shuttle service to and from the airport. Dropped off my keys at the depot, was on the bus to the airport within 5 minutes and when I got back from my trip two days later late on Sunday night, the bus to take me back to my car was waiting for me at the bus stance. The driver even dropped me off next to my car. Brilliant :) The only minor down side that stopped me giving the full 5 stars was that the valet driver who parked my car must have had muddy shoes. Had to shampoo my carpet afterwards. Other than that, perfect service and highly recommended.
