Secure Airparks Electric Bay Reviews

Upon arrival, promptly directed to my plug in parking bay, bus waiting to transport to airport, on return bus waiting to transfer back short distance to car park. Car fully charged and ready to depart.

Everything was great apart from the shock of being dropped off and picked up at the same place as other operators instead of at the terminal door. According to the driver, the change only happened three days earlier, I guess for financial reasons, but it wasn't communicated beforehand to my knowledge, so it came as a big surprise and inconvenience. This change has removed one of Secure Airparks man advantage's over other operators and one of the main reasons why I have booked there for my last few trips.

5* from start to finish. We booked an electric charging park bay which was ready for us in arrival. Transfer bus arrived within minutes. When arrived back car was fully charged. If flying from Edinburgh we will certainly use again.

Very easy to use and excellent service. Short wait for transport to the airport and on our return, although our flight was delayed, prompt pick up without any additional charges incurred.
