Fast and efficient, our car was waiting just by the exit of short stay. We walked across and just drove straight out of the car park. Would have been nice to have some assistance but excellent service for the price.

Parking with Park & Go made life much easier, we did not have to add more time to find a parking space and find our way back to the car on our return. The service was very friendly and I will use them again.

As there is only 10 mins leaway for parking in the short stay car park, it wold be a good idea to let people know this so they can time their arrival to coincide with the collection of the car. Otherwise great service car was collected quickly and was there on our return.

Excellent in all respects except that if it is raining, one is not under cover. Efficient, courteous and safe. I'll definitely use this service again.

I found your dropping of the 20 minutes from arrival call to you worrying especially when I did call on arrival and received the "We are not available " message fortunately shortly after making the call I made contact with a representative which eased my panic On return my call when at the baggage area again was answered by another " we are not available" message which left me in doubt as to whether you would be there or not I would have felt easier in my mind if on both occassions I had received some response as was usual on the previous occassions I have used you otherwise excellant service

We were met efficiently, however our flight was cancelled and we could not reach anyone on the mobile numbers given. We tried many times from 6pm, and did not get a reply until 9pm, by which time we were in a Hotel. I do feel there should be someone on the end of a phone to be able to retrieve the car in these circumstances. Otherwise the service was good.

Good drop off and pleasant staff. On return we did have to wait a while for the cars but our flight was in early. Once told of the arrival the cars arrived in 15 minutes, although one car took longer as the driver had trouble with card key!

Was very happy with the service provided overall. We only had to wait a few minutes either side of our journey for a representative to turn up, and our return flight was a little early. We will most definitely use Park and Go again.

Very efficient service both coming and going and would use this company again. One minor niggle my car was dirtier when I returned thaan when I left but that may have been where it was parked.
