Reviewed on 27th March 2025On 9th March 2025 at 7.30 as arranged I was met at Exeter Airport short stay car park by a lady courier/driver from Main Yard Meet & Greet Parking. She was extremely helpful informing me of what I needed to do on my return on 20th March 2025. She had also acquired a trolley for me to take our luggage from the carpark into the terminal. However on our return after collecting our luggage my wife contacted Main Yard Parking .She spoke to the male driver who informed her where the car was parked. When we got to our car we met with the driver. Unfortunately he had reversed into the parking spot which meant we were unable to access the car boot to load our luggage which meant I had to reposition the car before I could load the boot with our luggage. As the driver left he informed me the car park exit ticket was on our dashboard. However on reaching the exit I put the ticket into the machine. Unfortunately a message appeared on the display screen INVALID TICKET EXCESS FEE TO PAY. There were four cars behind me who were not impressed with the delayed hold up. I then paid the excess fee of £2.50 to exit the car park but we were not impressed.

Reviewed on 12th February 2025I have booked through Park & Go several times and always rated them highly; the Driver/Courier has always turned up on time and my car was always returned on time and no delays. This time the driver / courier was nowhere to be seen on arrival in the Short Stay CP at EXETER Apt; temp at 7.00pm on 10.Feb was 4degC. Waited 20 minutes, made several phone calls, eventually found him. I was standing in full view. He maybe had other customers and was doing a multi delivery? Frozen.

Reviewed on 27th July 2021I was generally pleased with the service I received from 'Park & Go' I booked online and found it easy to adjust the timing of my booking with the people at the Airport when my return flight times changed. What I wasn't so happy with was that, for the first time when using Park & Go, on my return to collect the car my car keys were left on the nearside front tyre and I received a text to tell me that. I didn't think it was taking my security seriously enough. Next time I would hope that I was met by a driver rather than the car being left in a vulnerable state. Anyone who knew this system of car retrieval was in use could have misused the system.

Reviewed on 8th April 2018Friendly and efficient service though it took me several attempts to make phone contact before I left home to let them know my ETA. The driver was there to meet me, got me a luggage trolley, and I could forget all about my car with confidence until I was back at luggage reclaim. Very good value for money and I appreciated the discounted price!

Reviewed on 12th August 2016A really good price for 2 weeks of parking and courteous service. Only slight grumble being that I had to pay as I left the short stay car park at the end of my holiday as the driver hadn't put enough on the ticket. The firm refunded my £1 excess though.
