this was my first use of "Park & Go " services, but yes I was Greeted with a smile even though it was raining very hard, by a very pleasant Young lady, immediately upon arrival in the car park. On returning one week later, my vehicle arrived after a short wait after telephoning the appropiate number. Will use P&G services again

Excellent service. Unfortunately we arrived late, but after a telephone call, staff arrived speedily and were very helpful and courteous, despite our late arrival. On return our car was waiting for us. Again very helpful staff. Thank you

Excellent in all respects except that if it is raining, one is not under cover. Efficient, courteous and safe. I'll definitely use this service again.

Such an easy way to park your car. someone is at the terminal area to meet you outbound and inbound with absolutely no hassle. Great value for money.

I found your dropping of the 20 minutes from arrival call to you worrying especially when I did call on arrival and received the "We are not available " message fortunately shortly after making the call I made contact with a representative which eased my panic On return my call when at the baggage area again was answered by another " we are not available" message which left me in doubt as to whether you would be there or not I would have felt easier in my mind if on both occassions I had received some response as was usual on the previous occassions I have used you otherwise excellant service

The only confusing aspect was the airport lay-out, as the parking service was the easiest ever! No hesitation in recommending them.
