Main Yard Meet and Greet service was great. We called a few minutes later than we should have as we were arriving so had to wait a few minutes for the lady to arrive. Coming back she was waiting for us as we walked out of Exeter Airport. No issues with the car on pick up. Ticket provided to leave the car park. No complaints. Very efficient.

Great service with friendly, courteous staff.

All went very smoothly and I was given a courtesy call on the way to the airport as I was running a bit late. This was really reassuring and the whole service was friendly and helpful. Will definitely use Main Yard Meet and Greet again.

Great service from start to finish. They were waiting for me on arrival at the airport & when I returned after my holiday, so no hanging around. Very polite, friendly people. I have used Main Yard Meet and Greet 3 times now & wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The service was fantastic. The lovely lady was there to meet us both at the beginning and end of the session. She explained everything really clearly and even helped us with he cases. It couldn't have been better! We'll certainly book through Park and go again when we travel.

The arrangement went like clockwork. Main Yard Meet and Greet answered the phone promptly when we were 20 minutes away from Exeter Airport and a very pleasant lady driver was there to meet us. On return she was already there when we called to alert her from Arrivals. It’s a very easy 2 minutes walk from the car park to departures.

Once again Park and Go exceeded my expectations. The handover for the journey out went really smoothly, despite my being unable to give 20 minutes notice of my arrival at the airport. However, it was the return journey that was absolutely exceptional. It was a phone call from Mandy that alerted me to the fact that my flight from Guernsey was cancelled, I had heard nothing from Aurigny the airline. When we arrived at the airport the airline still denied that it was cancelled. There then followed an horrendous virtual 24 hrs when we were subjected to two further cancellations and no concrete information. All this time Mandy and myself kept in touch and when we did eventually arrive an hour and a half late my car was waiting for me and I was driving home within 10 minutes of landing. There is no way I would ever use another service for leaving my car at Exeter Airport and I am so grateful to Mandy and her team for being the only bright part of a dreadful nightmare. Thank you Mandy!
