Excellent. Very smooth both on arrival and departure. Will use again when possible.

We arranged to arrive at or about 0700 on 27th February returning at about 1900 on 13th March 2023. Shortly before our arrival we contacted the Meet and Greet rep by phone who recognised us immediately from the little information we were required to offer. We were dealt with most courteously and helpfully and the handover of keys at each end was quick and easy. The parking at the short stay car park where we collected the car from your representative was prepaid and rapid. This was the best ever arrangement booking through Park and Go and I would strongly recommend this to any potential traveller from Exeter Airport for convenience and economy.

The person meeting me at both ends of my stay was courteous and helpful. I feel confident that my car was in safe hands.

The on-line booking was easy and the best value for Exeter Airport. As we approached the Airport we were rung to confirm that we were on our way. The hand-over was so easy and the Main Yard Meet and Greet driver could not have been more helpful and courteous. Upon returning we rang to say we were at baggage collection and we were told that our car was already in the Car Park ready for our collection. This service really is well worth a 5* rating.

We followed the instructions to ring ten minutes before our arrival we were met very quickly, it was the same on our return. The handovers were very smooth and trouble-free. I was happy and will use the service again. The charges are also reasonable.
