Reviewed on 3rd August 2025What can I say, it was easy to find, the booking in was a breeze the staff were informative and friendly and so efficient, dropping of /picking up at Gatwick Airport. Made our journey so relaxing, and they were always there to help you whether in person or on the phone. The price was very reasonable as well, the 15 minutes shuttle bus was just ideal, plenty of space and the drivers were so helpful. I’ve give you’s five stars plus every time.

Reviewed on 10th February 2025I've used Cophall regularly but this time didn't impress. Quite a long wait on the bus to leave for the airport but worse on pickup. I and several others waited a full half hour, during which time there were three APH and two Purple buses. 14% discount is one thing but I will re-think next time.
