Excellent service and very friendly staff definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Gatwick.

We left our car in the hands of Cophall Farm Parking the week of 23rd May - 30th May 2014. We found the whole procedure from start to finish so straightforward, all staff we dealt with from Reception and the Courtesy Buses were extremely professional in their work. Their attitudes were pleasant too. We felt our car was left in very safe hands, and would not hesitate to use the service again, and would, without a doubt recommend to others. Booking on line was very easy and convenient, the directions were clear and easy to follow even in the dark! They were all very helpful and the buses clean and well kept. On our return it was a quick phone call and a short wait at the designated bus stop. Would we use them again? Yes, would I recommend them? Yes, all in all an excellent service. Recommend cophall parking, directions to the car park were spot on, signage and initial parking spot on. Whilst booking in you can see you car being checked over. Transfer to Gatwick trouble and hassle free. Even though the return transfer was uncomfortable (the driver hit the curb a few times, he wasn't speeding, so not sure why). On arrival at the car parking site, I could see my car was waiting for me (no extra walking to do, done enough of that in the airport) collection of my keys, hassle free, checked around my car, before driving off (no damage, mileage as I left it). Overall absolutely first class service and would recommend cophall parking. Thanks.

Left car there for whole of april. Check in was quick and efficient. Did not wait long for shuttle bus on the way out or back. Our car was ready for us when we got back. Have used cophall before, would do again.
