Cophall Farm Parking Reviews

I've used Cophall regularly but this time didn't impress. Quite a long wait on the bus to leave for the airport but worse on pickup. I and several others waited a full half hour, during which time there were three APH and two Purple buses. 14% discount is one thing but I will re-think next time.

Easy to find and drop of the car, mini bus there was quick BUT getting the mini bus back NOT SO EASY called after getting my bag like instructed then waited at the bus stop for 40 minutes to be collected. If they want your flight details and arrival time etc. they should know what time you will be there! Disappointing as everything else was great. Also this happened the time before when I used them and they said it was a bus problem but I guess now they just say that all the time as I heard him tell another passenger the same thing.

The car park was well organised and the service excellent. Unfortunately the bus transfers were not great. Firstly the car park is a long way from the airport and takes a long time (15-20 minutes). Secondly they use minibuses which can only take 8-10 people so you'll probably have to wait for a second bus. On the way back we had to wait for over half an hour for the minibus to arrive, about the same as our journey home.

We were disappointed that we had to wait for 45 mins from calling however, the staff were extremely apologetic and explained the circumstances that caused the delay.

Booking is very easy and prices are very competitive. Post sales needs attention as I could not get an order confirmation re-sent to me (my original transaction number had been lost). Park and Go only operate an operator based customer service during basic daytime hours which is not great as their business is 24/7.
