Easy-to-use online booking through Park and Go, efficient service and competitive pricing. We appreciated the clean loos at the parking site - very welcome if you've had a long drive. The ability to pay a tiny amount to include a no quibble cancellation guarantee is a nice optional extra, although I would have expected this to have been itemised on my invoice and voucher.

I have used similar car parks at Manchester and Birmingham and this one is probably the best I have used. Efficient and pleasant staff. Prompt collection from airport. Only criticism is that toilets could be better.
