Cophall Farm Parking Reviews

We've used Cophall Farm Parking many times in the past, but the last time round we became convinced that we would never go anywhere else when parking at Gatwick. Our new car picked up a puncture on the M25 on the way to Gatwick and had no spare and the emergency repair kit couldn't seal the puncture. We had to call out a recovery vehicle that took us directly to departures and Cophall kindly agreed to have our car taken into their premises on the recovery vehicle from where I had the car fixed before pick up. Cophall were so co-operative, they even gave us a contact number for Virgin Atlantic to let them know we were running late. No extra charges on pick up for this marvellous service. Top marks.

Fab, easy and quick with no issues.

The car park was well organised and the service excellent. Unfortunately the bus transfers were not great. Firstly the car park is a long way from the airport and takes a long time (15-20 minutes). Secondly they use minibuses which can only take 8-10 people so you'll probably have to wait for a second bus. On the way back we had to wait for over half an hour for the minibus to arrive, about the same as our journey home.

AVOID! Rude drivers and office an absolute shambles. We were left standing in cold for 45 mins due to office error and driver(s) so rude. I'm disabled and he refused to lift my case in van and pointed and shouted at me. So upset by way I was treated. Cheap for a reason!
