Executive Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Good Service, I'd recommend and will be using again. Made arrival at a busy time of 9am (sigh) a pleasure, bags taken out of car, driver walked round to check there wasn't any damage they should note, mileage taken and receipt given (which gives £5 off next booking!) and off went the car! The only reason you didn't get a mark of 5, guys, was at the pickup with a the delay in getting to us waiting outside with our luggage. About a 20 minute wait at the pick up point outside, which you confirmed was due to heavy traffic, but you would/should be aware and have allowed for that, surely. (But that's me being picky after a 14 hour Monarch flight delay, THEIR writ is in the post.) All in all, a good and very handy service.

Our poor rating is because of a very bad service on our return to Gatwick. We were tired after a 4 hr flight delay & then we had to wait outside for 30 minutes with two distressed baby children before our car was returned. We had to make 4 phone calls to your control centre, at around 3.30am, & got confusing information about the long delay we suffered. A very unpleasant experience.

Booking was straight forward and the cost was competitive. On the way to the airport, I called the mobile number on my voucher, but got a disconnected tone! then I rang the landline number, it rang once then got disconnected. This happened half a dozen times which was very worrying. Then eventually a lady answered and I gave her my name and reservation number. Got to Gatwick,waited 15 minutes and then called again, and was told it was going to be soon. The traffic warden was nice and accepted my explanation,but I could have been in trouble. The return journey was uneventful. Nice people but they need to get their act together and appreciate that passengers don't normally have 30 minutes to spare!!

Had to wait 15mins on arrival and then 25 mins on the way back for the driver. I thought this was a meet and great service? Also car radio/clock settings were changed? There was also some cigarette ash on the floor.

Absolutely excellent service. The lady was waiting for us at Gatwick as arranged, was polite and helpful. Had a lovely holiday and came back to a yet again prompt service when our car was returned to us. We would definately use Executive Parking - Meet and Greet again and would highly recommend this service. Thank You

Fab service and really nice staff. Arrived back into the UK and my car was there as soon as I got to the door and not only that I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who then loaded my car. I would 100% recomment this company and I will definately use them again.
