Excellent!

SO easy.... got an 18month old daughter so made travelling a massive amount easier, especially when it was raining on our return to UK!! Would definitely recommend and will be using them again next holiday for sure.

i found them to be most helpful and when i got to the airport they were waiting for me and on my return they were there to give me my car back which i found to be so easy as i did not have to wait for a bus and then put all my bags and then find my car i will be using them every time i go away from now on

a good service - we will do it again

We have used this service before with no problems. Unfortunately this time when we returned to Gatwick late on the evening of 30 September, we had a two hout wait for our car, which eventually was delivered at 2.10 in the morning, two hours after our original phone call. We made several calls, each time being told that they would be with us soon. The excuse was that due to the strikes and unscheduled flights, there was a backlog and not enough drivers had been allocated for that evening. We won't be using this service again.

We have used this service before, but this time, we had to wait for the driver both on departure and arrival. When I phoned when we had one of our cases already, I was told to call again when we were through customs, so I called again about a minute later! the car took nearly 20 minutes to get to us - not good enough. I won't be using it again.

Whilst the theory worked very well in practice with being met both when departing from and arriving at LGW promptly and effectively I was dissapointed to find large muddy footprints in all 4 footwells and the outside of the car quite dirty too.

Could not have been better. Made the experience at Gatwick ten times better.Your staff were effecient, friendly and helpful.Would recommend you to anyone. EXCELLENT - EXCELLENT
