Met on departure and arrival without a hitch, what wasn"t so good was the filthy boot prints in all 4 footwells and on the back of the passenger seat.

Excellent service. Booked through Express Holiday Inn, but I will certainly use them again next time I come to Gatwick.

On arrival we had to drive round once but were met by a friendly helpful driver. On landing the car arrived quickly and the driver again helped with our luggage. We will certainly use the service again.

Outward we phoned you as we joined the M23, giving you at least 10 - 15 minutes notice of our arrival st South Terminal. It took you a further 20 minutes from the time we arrived at South Terminal to greet us and take the car. It would have been quicker and cheaper to park in a Longstay Car Park. On return we phoned when we landed and again when we collected our bags. This time we stood in the cold outside the Terminal for 15 minutes despite phoning again and being told our car was just coming. Again for the time we were kept waiting we might as well caught a coach to a car park.

we thought that it was good to not have the hassle of parking in a car park and then have to lump all the luggage too far, instead it was meet at the drop off point and head straight into the terminal, great start to our holiday, on our return it was same good service, we would definately use park n go again.

Excellent service, efficient and prompt and friendly drivers both for picking up and dropping off. Would highly recommend them to all our family and friends and of course use them again and again in the future.
