Executive Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Although the Voucher was slow in coming through the Gatwick Airport Meet end Greet worked really well. First class and couteous servcie, very punctual. Excellent value for money - definately use again!

Both departure and arrival went very well. As we booked quite late, we did not get a voucher but this did not present a problem. At another airport we had a free basic car wash which was a nice surprise. Have you considered this? Cheers

Excellent pick up on our outgoing flight. Perfectly dealt with our change in our return flight effeciently through email, thanks. Collection from inbound took a little longer than i was expecting but not too bad. Would recommend your service.

We have used you before and been critical of the time we have had to wait for delivery of our car on arrival. This time the timing was first rate and we were impressed which is just as well since we have two more bookings with you this year. There is no doubt that the parking authorities at Gatwick are unhelpful to you. Mind you it seems they are unhelpful to everyone so perhaps we should expect that. Good experience overall but thhere is always room for improvement. Thanks.

A short panic when we weren't able to contact anyone on any of the numbers in the early morning when we were arriving otherwise an excellent service throughout. Courteous prompt and efficient.

First time user, so a little confused about meet & greet location. However after a short delay no problems with that or with the pick-up a week later.Will certainly use again.

This was a good service, particularly considering the cheapness of the price. There was only a slight wait when being met on the way out. On the way back, the wait was longer (about 10 minutes), due no doubt to rush hour. Instructions issued on first meeting were clear and a receipt was issued for the vehicl. We would use them again.

It was very reassuring to know that one doesn't have to worry about parking the car, and or having to worry about transport from the car to the terminal, however the only negative thing I would say about the service was the meeting point. Its was quite stressful to have to wait at on a double yellow line when wardens were threatning with a penalty and I had to get back in the car and drive around to avoid getting a parking ticket. Otherwise I was very pleased with the service and a good value for money. Thanks. I will definitely use your service again and recommend to others.
