Executive Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Whilst the theory worked very well in practice with being met both when departing from and arriving at LGW promptly and effectively I was dissapointed to find large muddy footprints in all 4 footwells and the outside of the car quite dirty too.

We used the service for the first time last week and have already rebooked for November! Both drivers were extremely curteous and helpful. I have marked the rating down though because I found it difficult to understand the person contacted prior to arrival and on the return trip - accent difficulty I guess?!!!

The Service was good although we had to wait a little more time than expected for our car when we returned. Driver was helpful and courteous.

Good Service, I'd recommend and will be using again. Made arrival at a busy time of 9am (sigh) a pleasure, bags taken out of car, driver walked round to check there wasn't any damage they should note, mileage taken and receipt given (which gives £5 off next booking!) and off went the car! The only reason you didn't get a mark of 5, guys, was at the pickup with a the delay in getting to us waiting outside with our luggage. About a 20 minute wait at the pick up point outside, which you confirmed was due to heavy traffic, but you would/should be aware and have allowed for that, surely. (But that's me being picky after a 14 hour Monarch flight delay, THEIR writ is in the post.) All in all, a good and very handy service.

Excellent service at drop-off and pick up. Great value and service. Car was quite dirty on outside so must be outdoor parking.

Good prompt service. At final pick-up, it would have been good to have receive confirmation document confirming completion of service and hand-over of car, mileage etc.

Hi, thanks for the excellent service. I have rated the service 4 instead of 5 because I was unaware thet the parking would be uncovered and would be parked somewhere muddy, as I received my car back quite dirty.

Very efficient and polite staff. We didn't have to wait at all for collection and delivery and collecting driver even gave us £1 for the trolley!! Only slight critism is that car hadn't been washed and was covered with bird droppings. Overall excellent service and will definately use again.

The service we recieved was excellent, the only downfall was that we waiting nearly 20 mins for the car to be picked up on arrival. thank you for a fantastic service.

Good, timely service, even though we landed at 2.15am. Would recommend.
