Very good service, particularly when leaving the car. We had a 20 minute wait for our car to be returned but this was during the rush hour. Both drivers very courteous. Good value for money and would certainly use this service again.

Excellent service only marred by chaos outside airport when trying to drop off. Need to make sure you call at least 20 minutes ahead so someone is already there to collect car. Thank you

Had to wait about 10 minutes when we arrived to drop car off and 15 minutes when we picked it up. The man who dropped it off back at the airport parked the car at weird angle sticking out into the road and tried to shoot off as quickly as possible. Generally OK, but not outstanding.

Great service overall. My only point would be for on the return journey. I had to make 3 phone calls and spoke to 3 different members of staff which meant that everytime I had to start all over again. Also I was asked to ring back once I was at the carrousel and then told again to ring back once I had collected my luggage. One of these calls was not necessary! Thank you.

This was the second time I've used this service and find it far better & more convenient than other "Long Stay Car Park" options. The only thing I would recommend is an improved telephone response, to calls as requested, to confirm ones ETA at the airport. On this occasion it took several attempts & around 10 minutes before I got through.

excellent service and very good value for money

Overall good service provided. Despite following instructions to the letter there was a five minute delay at drop off and ten minute delay at pick up, but I guess this is forgiveble in summer hols. Staff very courteous.

Good efficent service from Gatwick airport - was impressed with my whole experience and the cost was great too!

All in all a nice smooth service although if I used again I would phone a bit earlier prior to arrival as we gave it 15 minutes but still had to wait 20 minutes when we got there...... at 4am with 3 children!! Car was ready and waiting after we collected our bags and the driver was very helpful loading the car. Would recommend!!! Great value for money!!
