Meet & Greet outbound - no problems, Meet & Greet inbound - no problems, both were in timely fashion.

slight delay on return even though we had telephoned twice but in all a very good service

Much easier than finding the car park and then catching a bus with all your luggage! The nice man even put our luggage in and out of the car for us! Only complaint was we did have to wait 40 mins on our return, and I had bought a paper on the way up as there was a story on my husband and his colleagues in it, and who ever drove the car ripped some of the apaer off to put a number in it in the windscreen! An honest mistake but a bit annoying!!!!!!!

All went as well as could be expected. The driver was professional except he was not wearing the black polo shirt that was described in the email. Would definitely use again.

On a positive - Service was impeccible and timely. Ona negative - last time i used this service i had to wait 30 minutes for my vehicle and was promised a full vallet as compensation. So i took parkandgo up on this offer and booked with them again. On return of my vehicle this time, this promise was ignored.

This made the holiday an even more pleasurable experience as there was no lugging of luggage to and from distant car parks.

The same young man collected and delivered our car. He was polite and efficient when he arrived. We called as directed approx 15 mins before we were about to arrive at Gatwick, and said we would be there at 4am. However it was nearer 4.15 am by the time they arrived. Unfortunately at that time of the morning it does seem a long time to wait, however, he did apologise for the delay. On our return, it took about 20 mins from when we had our bags. We would use the service again.

Very pleased with the overall service received, the drivers were very pleasant and professional. Would use again.

I have to be honest, I was a little nervous about using a company i've not heard of before, or been recommended to me. Seeing your car being driven off by a stranger is a little worrying. However, I needn't of worried as all was well on collection of my car, (apart from an accident on the terminal causing difficulties to return my car quickly). All the people I was in contact with were friendly and personable and I would probably use Executive Parking again.

Gatwick Premier meet & greet: The physical transfer & handover of the car was perfect. The driver was polite and friendly. Having to make a call, write down a new number given by an answer machine and redial while driving on the M23 was near impossible. Even the return collection involved 3 phone calls.
