Easy to book, helpful staff. My only concern is how carefully does your car get treated whilst your away. I left my car in working order after long journey. On my return I was faced with my cars front suspension broken and tyre ripped to shreds. Tyres were covered in mud like it had been in a rally. Was told the spring broke whilst they were moving the car. The damage caused I know would not have happened if driven carefully. Had to get recovery to take us home. This has left me suspicious about behind the scenes.

The car park was a good distance from the airport. Once we arrived the staff were welcoming and understanding that it was 5am! On our return we lost our slip of confirmation and was met by a bus that would not let us on POINT BLANK. we had to wait for a second APH coach which we got on after a good few digs about losing a ticket and the driver made out he was doing US a favour. we were met by a hostal lady that ignored us for about 10 minutes and then got us to sign that the ticket was lost but said my signature didnt match and she would need to see my passport?! finally we got the car only to find it completely unlocked! i would recommend this service for cheapness but dont expect service with a smile. And dont leave anything of value in the car. Mike
