Parking was so easy to do. Very pleasant bus driver too. We did have a problem when we arrived back. Our car was parked too far away and I could not walk to it so I had to ask the staff to get it for me. I had mentioned that I was disabled when I arrived and parked my car.

first time I have used off airport parking and I was impressed with the excellent service especially the helpfulness of both bus drivers on the return journeys.

The parking went as smoothly as predicted.

Very convenient overall, bus to collect did take some time however (35 minutes from text message).

Good service. Nice staff. Only thing would have been a ‘good to know’ that you have to leave your key. Very cheap easy service though.

The car park is about 15mins south of the airport. The transfers are well organised and efficient. We would use them again. It was disappointing that as we approached the stop in the airport the bus pulled away and was almost empty.

Great service at check in and collection. Had to wait quite a while for bus. Must have just missed one?

From arrival at car park to arrival at terminal went very smoothly. Huge jam on motorway so bus took alternative route. Quite some distance from Gatwick. Staff very efficient and friendly.

Good efficient service. A little wait for the bus on the return journey but no wait to collect the car keys.

All good except one small thing. When I arrived back about 9pm at night I was given my keys and told Bay 52 but no mention was made about the business card put on the counter. It was sheer luck I was tempted to pick it up (because on the back was the exit code to leave the car park). I sat at the barrier wondering what to do until I thought there may be a clue on the card. This might have been explained a little clearer at the counter as not everyone uses APH every day.
