Very good service - only thing is outgoing driver should have emphasised the need to ring when we landed. Yes, we had written instructions but thought we knew all we needed to!

This is the 4th time we have used this car park and every time transfers etc have gone very smoothly. Will certainly use it again.

Good directions to car park, easy access, speedy service, telephone on return service great as car was waiting for us by the time we got there. Have used other Gatwick car parks but will only use you in future

Although our booking seemed to have gone A.W.O.L. The staff at Gatwick APH could not have been more helpful, they made sure we did not need to panic, and said we should get on and enjoy our holiday and they would sort everything out, which they did, everything was fine on our return and our car was ready and waiting for us. Top marks for a great service.

Easy to find, friendly staff, no hanging about and very efficient. No complaints and would recommend.

I would really recommend this service. Staff are friendly, the service prompt and it took all the worry out of leaving my car somewhere whilst on holiday. I would definately use APH again!
