Gatwick Noble Parking Meet and Greet Reviews

Had some difficulties handing the car over due to Noble being short-staffed but it worked out okay in the end. For car return, the car was waiting when we got to the pick up area.

Great service, timings etc as usual from the guys we use at Gatwick, a bit frustrating that I needed to book 2 cars which I have done loads of times before in the past and do 2 bookings straightaway at the same time with same provider but somehow got one car with one company and one with another this time which caused a bit of confusion at drop off (especially as M25 shut so on diversion) but all sorted and very quick car returns once again.

Excellent service, clear instructions and a good price. Arrived at the car park and the agent was waiting for us, didn’t need to park. He unloaded the cases and checked we had everything. Same thing when we got back, got out of the lift and he was waiting right there. Brilliant, thank you.

My car was collected and delivered in a timely manner. The gentlemen who did both journeys were extremely polite and professional. Perhaps most of all, my car came back in the same condition as I dropped it off. Not filthy outside or in. I have had that experience many times before. Will use Gatwick Noble Parking Meet and Greet again.

Fabulous service over the past 2+ years. We had reasons ot change our flights & liaising with Gatwick Noble Meet & Greet was so easy. Not kept waiting either at drop off or collection - staff we met always polite and eager to help and assist. Had quite the opposite experience with other firms. Great service and help from Park and Go as ever. With Noble Parking Meet and Greet the service was good - not having to wait long for car at both ends of travel. However, something we can't explain was that when we got the car back their was a ladies lipstick in the front and a can of swan lighter fuel which wasn't ours ???

Driver was 25 minutes late upon drop-off, despite us calling 30 minutes before - not ideal when catching a flight. They were very prompt on pick-up though, and car returned washed with no damage or issues.
