Dropping off car was ok, met by driver after sorting out what car park level. On return our flight arrived 10 minutes early, after clearing passports I called the number given, it was answered with silence, I said hello & checked it was car parking & gave my name & car reg. man seamed confused & said he had no paperwork, I checked mine & date & time were correct, he said he would call back, after 20 minutes I called again & was told my car would be delivered in 30 minutes. This was first time using this company. When driver arrived I showed him the booking confirmation that I was given when my car was collected Showing correct time & date. He apologised & told me he had gone home when he got the call to deliver my car. This young man saved the company, as I was not happy the time waiting , but his apology was what it took.

Great service and help from Park and Go as ever. With Noble Parking Meet and Greet the service was good - not having to wait long for car at both ends of travel. However, something we can't explain was that when we got the car back their was a ladies lipstick in the front and a can of swan lighter fuel which wasn't ours ???

Driver was 25 minutes late upon drop-off, despite us calling 30 minutes before - not ideal when catching a flight. They were very prompt on pick-up though, and car returned washed with no damage or issues.
