Really impressed with a very professional service. Unlike most other services, where you call one driver on a mobile, this already starts well with a courteous and desk based call operator. We were met on time at the short term car park when dropping the car off, photos were taken and off we walked. Upon return we called after collecting our bags, and the car was ready and waiting for us at the collection point. Keys handed to us from a friendly chap, and needless to say car was undamaged. Very happy to give a 5 star review as everything was perfect.

Can fault the service we received. Not only was it good value but the instructions and contact with the company were good. A representative from the company was there waiting. They took photos of the whole car and made a note of any scratches and dents before they drove it away. Didn't have to wait too long for the car to arrive after arriving back in Gatwick. Would use them again.

Drop off was fine - collection was not! We waited nearly 30 minutes for our car. Other people using the same company that arrived after us got their cars first. I think the drivers select the poshest cars since the ones that arrived before us was a Ranger Rover and a BMW - ours was a lowly Toyota! The driver was dismissive and said sometimes it took 40 minutes! There is plenty of choice for meet and greet and this has certainly moved Maple Manor further down my selection list!

Found it to be one of the best meet & greet services I have ever used. Easy to find right next to the departures. Friendly staff, efficient pick up and drop off. Great value for money.

The service was nice and easy from Gatwick. The instructions were easy to follow and the location is very convenient to park at. Car was fine when picked up. Would use again.
