Go Airport Parking Meet and Greet Gatwick Flexible Reviews

Drop-off was very simple and quick; pick-up, however, was not as described in the Return Instructions. Instead of my car being “returned by our uniformed staff in the Meet and Greet Reception area” (as details in the Parking Voucher) I was given the keys and directed to go to the second floor in the adjacent Premier Inn car park. I pay for meet & greet because I have limited mobility no walk with a stick. This was not what I had paid for.

Not exactly meet and greet, drive to car park then a long walk to departures, same on return, good job it wasn't raining! Dash cam shows my car was parked on a grass verge with engine ticking over for 20 minutes, then 14 minute drive to airport with driver breaking speed limit along the route(40 in a 30 limit)

Communication and attitude needs improving. Waited for car on return despite calling when advised.

Drop off was fine - collection was not! We waited nearly 30 minutes for our car. Other people using the same company that arrived after us got their cars first. I think the drivers select the poshest cars since the ones that arrived before us was a Ranger Rover and a BMW - ours was a lowly Toyota! The driver was dismissive and said sometimes it took 40 minutes! There is plenty of choice for meet and greet and this has certainly moved Maple Manor further down my selection list!
