Drop off went very smoothly. Pick up on return was delayed by 25 mins so we stood waiting - we were contacted by text and an apology was made so at least we were kept informed and the service was friendly.

Excellent. The driver turned up on time. Was courteous and polite. On the return the driver was already there waiting and helped us with our luggage. An excellent and professional service. Would recommend to friends and would definitely use them again.

Great service. The driver was at the drop off quickly, even though we were earlier than expected. Picking up the car was just as smooth. Everyone we dealt with was polite and efficient. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Extremely efficient & reliable. I called 15 mins before arriving at the North Terminal at Gatwick and as soon as we arrived an attendant was waiting for us. Took only a couple of mins and we were on our way. Same on our return journey. I called once we had collected our bags, and within 2 mins of arriving at our meeting place, the attendant had arrived with our car. Will 100% be using Just Valet Parking again!!
