Just Valet Parking Gatwick Reviews

We have used Just Valet Parking before and have always been completely satisfied. However on our return on Dec 8th our EasyJet flight was delayed by one hour. We landed at 23.00 and I phoned at 23.16 and was told because we were late they couldn't get our car to us for at least 20 minutes. We accepted the waiting time and walked to the nearby Sofitel lobby. The temperature that night was -2c The car didn't arrive until just gone midnight (45 minutes after I had phoned).The apology was somewhat insincere as the driver seemed more concerned that they didn't have enough drivers on.

We were really disappointed with the departure end of the service we received. We arrived at 3 in the morning and rang in good time as advised, but had to wait almost 40 minutes for our car to be collected. There had been no traffic at all on the motorway or roads so we could not understand why the driver was so delayed. We had to ring again to chase up and were advised that it was not the drivers fault and he was on his way. On the return the service was excellent but our initial experience has put us off.

Great service going but coming back I had to wait nearly 45 mins for my car to be brought back which I feel was totally unacceptable.

All started well with Just Valet Parking until we got there. Phoned 10+ mins before as requested. We waited and waited. I phoned them again to be told they were busy due to the weather?. In total we waited 40 mins for someone to turn up. Not good enough! On the return, it was better, a 10 min wait only. Won't be using them again!

Dropping the car off was excellent. Getting the car delivered back to the airport on our return was not. We had to wait over half an hour after making the call before the car appeared.

Travelling on the way to the airport we phone as we joined the M23 only to be told you are unable to find our booking. A booking I had made back in May 2014. The supervisor who met us was GREAT. He took our details and made notes from the Parking Voucher we had and we were on our way. Coming home, we collected our luggage and phoned as instructed. We had to wait 15 minutes for the car to arrive and when it did it was filthy and COVERED in bird mess. When I remarked on it, the gentleman simply and uninterestingly said 'time of year mate' I was not impressed. Hence my score of 3 Simon

Collection required wait of 15 minutes in spite of my phoning at the top of the M23 as requested. Return very good.
