All started well with Just Valet Parking until we got there. Phoned 10+ mins before as requested. We waited and waited. I phoned them again to be told they were busy due to the weather?. In total we waited 40 mins for someone to turn up. Not good enough! On the return, it was better, a 10 min wait only. Won't be using them again!

Rating should be 10/10. Everything went perfect from the point of booking. Drop off excellent - waiting for us. Pickup great even though we were an hour early. Great will always use for Gatwick, as dropoff area is free, not like Stansted.

Totally brilliant company. We had to change our arrival slot to an earlier one whilst on our way and absolutely no problem. The return pick up was excellent too. We'll definitely use them again.

Very efficient and slick - small degree of bird poo - give birth control pills to pigeons like they do at Nelsons column? Definitely will use again.

Very good in all respects. Friendly reminders, car collection/delivery on time, pleasant personnel. Difficult to fault.

Dropping the car off was excellent. Getting the car delivered back to the airport on our return was not. We had to wait over half an hour after making the call before the car appeared.
