Slight delay in picking car up, but return was brilliant - car arrived as we came out the terminal direct from the luggage belt - 5 minutes from phone call to the car being delivered. Best valet parking we have used so far.

Everything was smooth in both ways. I am definitely using the service again if they keep these prices.

Collection driver was 20 minutes late to collect the car on our arrival at Gatwick which impacted on our already tight schedule for an early morning flight. On arrival home, the drop off driver was unaware of how to start the car which is equipped with a factory supplied immobiliser system and had to call for advice delaying our departure home. The whole point of Valet parking is to avoid these type of delays so not the best experience we have had.

I have used other valet parking services before and while they were all good, "help-me-park" was the best - and by a margin. The driver was waiting for us at the drop off and the car was returned after the shortest of waits. I would say it arrived about 10 mins after we called them after collecting our luggage. I shall certainly use them again and would happily recommend. Thank you.
