Very disappointed with the level of service provided from Park and Go, given my family have used this service for years. Possible the worst customer service I've ever experienced at the airport + the car took 20 mins longer than told which was tough with two babies and our car was wet through where water had spilled across the dashboard and all over the passenger and drivers seat. When I asked to complain or for a refund I was completely ignored and told to leave a comment.

I got my car back with a grill missing Not impressed and no one knows how it happened and no email response to the complaint yet… Make sure my review gets listed

On returning from holiday when my car arrived my Audi key fob was missing the operatives were not very helpful and I felt they didn’t believe the fact that it was missing. Having emailed them on my return home I have received no reply. I will not use this company again.

Dropped the car off on 23 March 2019 - All okay. On my return 30 March 2019 I phoned LG Parking at 18:07 once I had collected my bags and arrived at level 1 Short Stay Car Park Gatwick at 18:15 18:31 my car hadn't arrived so I called LG Parking again and was told they had misplaced my ignition key and asked if I had another? (I replied not on me of course)They said they would call me back in 2 minutes. 18:43 No reply so I called again, I was told that the manager was investigating. 18:52 I got a call saying they had located my key and the car was on its way. 19:00 my car arrived after a 45 minute wait in the car park. I was somewhat unimpressed and underwhelmed at the efficiency.

On arrival I phoned from baggage reclaim and had to wait 45 minutes, then to find my cars wheels covered with mud. This is the worst company I have used, I definitely wont forget this company.

I got my car back with what appeared to be a new small dent in it. I contacted LG Parking by phone and was told to email another sister company Sure Parking but have received no acknowledgment or reply. Park and Go have given a good service for over 10 yrs to me but I’m not sure I will go with LG Parking again. I’m still waiting for a response.

Waited 52mins for cars to arrive and this was 84mins after ETA!! The drivers were polite and apologetic but unfortunately the controller didn't tell the truth. An honest approach from the controller may have meant we waited in the terminal, rather than my 2 year old & us waiting in a cold car park!!!

We have used this service twice this year and both times the service has been very stressful. We tried to call as stated 15 minutes before arrival to Gatwick and the phone kept being put down, the head office wasn't open. Finally got through to someone after being in the car park for 10 minutes and the person was very rude - we had to move the car to a different level. We had two children with us an time was getting on. Very Stressful.

waited 40 minutes outside, constantly being told his car was just coming. The driver was on his way. Only another 5 minutes , just a few minutes away. 10 phone calls and 40 minutes later it arrived. No apology. I emailed to complain. They only keep records for 14 days so couldn't help.
